CAMERA OPERATORS & EDITORS
To produce original and outstanding comedy for film, television and online. You should be someone who is ready for a challenge, can bring a professional set of filming and editing skills, and has an ability to capture good quality footage. You will be involved with all the parts that make up film work such as using tripods, lighting, cables and camera equipment such as Canon 60Ds.
Essential Skills
Experience using filming and audio equipment
A good understanding of lighting for film
Skills in editing and grading of footage
Excellent attention to detail
Have a ‘can do’ attitude
Great communication skills / the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team / the ability to multi-task
It would be an advantage if you have ideas for creative filming
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATORS
We’re looking for talented, creative social media practitioners to become our new Social Media Coordinators for our comedy platform. From perfecting the Instagram aesthetic, to striking up engaging conversation with followers and influencers, we need you to embody all things in the comedy world!
You will join our team to create engaging, funny social content for the Diverse Talent Comedy website and other social accounts, to get UK 16-34 year-olds excited, and grow our brand amongst new audiences.
This is a great opportunity to develop your creative and editorial skills within the social media discipline as part of the fast-growing Content Social team.
Role Responsibility
Create social content for the Diverse Talent social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, and for Comedy content on other Content social accounts.
Collaborate with other external social teams, and other third parties, to extend the reach of Diverse Talent content on social platforms.
Work closely with Production and digital production teams to develop social media assets and plan/guide social media activity.
We are looking for someone with the below skills and experience: (Ideal but not a must)
Creation and delivery of social media assets
Experience assisting on all aspects of a social media account
A good record of creative achievement and driving creative innovation
Strong research skills
Digital marketing and an appetite for social-networking
Experience of designing, filming and editing videos for social media platforms
Aside from the above, we are also looking for someone who is passionate about creating strong, meaningful social media content, and with the role focusing on comedy, a sense of humour is a highly desirable attribute!
EVENTS PROMOTER

An applicant who can make the role their own and help to promote Diverse Talent to the very top of the British comedy industry.
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual who will find their way in a hectic work environment. Someone who is organised, has an eye for detail, and has a passion for comedy and spotting trends.
The Role:
Routing, budgeting, administering, organising and marketing events showcasing talent.
Liaising with talent agents and managers to find and develop artists in the live market.
Attendance at live events around the country is required and expected on a regular basis.
Skills / Experience Required (Ideal but not all essential):
Knowledge of the live comedy scene
Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Office & Excel
Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to create and manage budgets
Professional manner in line with artists, agent & manager expectations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Great attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload
An intelligent and committed approach to work
Reliable and trustworthy
Sense of humour (would help), naturally helpful, outgoing and approachable personality
